Instructors attend Academy training at the appropriate Regional Academy or CATC on behalf of their organization. For certification, they are required to pass the Cisco on-line final exam with a score of 80% or better, and they must pass a hands-on exam at the end of courses two, three and four. Instructors receive support and additional training through the online community and their Regional Academy or CATC.
